This is one of its kind services which is preventive in nature. In this, you can sign up with us for an P-MAC (Preventive maintenance annual contract). Under this service, consultants of Vastu Siddhi Enterprises will proactively inspect your building for early signs that may lead to leakages and without wasting time, shall fix these issues BEFORE EVERY MONSOON.
Hence the treatment is done preventively the internal walls are well PROTECTED before DAMAGES, also the costly furniture and paint. This means your building is monitored and maintained proactively for NO LEAKAGE/SEEPAGE without you having to invest EXTRA Money and Time.
How this service works?
First we inspect the building and submit you quotation for the entire job.
The Contract is signed for 4 years as P-MAC (Preventive Maintenance Annual Contract)
After signing the contract Society has to pay only 25% of the amount for 1st year. i.e. If the contract value is of INR 5,00,000 /- society has to pay advance of 25%i.e INR 1,25,000.00/-
Within 7 to 10 days we initiate the repair work of the building. As per the quantum of work, estimated time for the repair is calculated and entire water proofing of the building is done completely within that estimated time.
Between the periods i.e. October to May, we will inspect your building at least twice. If any leakage source new or old shall be treated before monsoon so your Home is safeguarded by leakage all the time.
Innovative payment method
At the time of signing the contract only 25 % amount of the contract value is to be paid.
Society has to pay the remaining 75% amount in equal parts for remaining 3 years. i.e.
2nd year 25%
3rd year 25%
4th Year 25%

The contract value is divided by number of units in the building. Here’s an example.
If Your society has 80 units and the estimated contract value is INR 5,00,000/-*
Each home is waterproofed @ INR 6,240 (Contract value divided by number of flats) And this amount is for 4 years
When spread out over 48 months,this is INR 130.20/- per month per home Your Average Monthly Cable Recharge is more that INR 150/-
